At Wren Luxury, we’re committed to delivering your favorite styles quickly and securely. This page outlines how we handle shipping, order processing, tracking, and delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods or special launches, processing may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Options & Timelines

We currently ship across India (and internationally where applicable).

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–8 business days
  • International Orders: 10–15 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000 within India.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹100 may apply for orders below that amount.
  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order anytime by:

  • Visiting the “Track Order” section on our website, or
  • Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made only to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package to us.
  • In case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier directly using the details provided in your tracking notification.

For prepaid orders, ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

6. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which must be paid by the recipient.
  • Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • Wren Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wrenluxury.com with photos and order details.
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Change of Address

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
