Cancellation and Refund

At Wren Luxury, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

At Wren Luxury, we strive to ensure that you love every product you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand when and how refunds are issued.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time frame will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Repeat cancellation attempts for multiple orders may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

4. Auto-Cancellation

Wren Luxury reserves the right to cancel an order automatically in the following cases:

  • Payment not received due to transaction failure
  • Invalid delivery address or unreachable customer
  • Product out of stock or quality issues detected during final inspection

5. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may wait for the delivery and then submit a return request as per our Return Policy.

7. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item meets our return policy conditions (unused, unwashed, with all tags intact).
  • You raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not applicable on items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable (such as accessories, lingerie, or customized products).

8. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at returns@wrenluxury.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

9. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same account or card used for payment.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer a Wren Luxury gift card or store credit, valid for future purchases.
  • Bank Transfer: For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, customers must share valid bank details for processing the refund.
